Allstate interview questions

Applicants were pooled together in a Zoom Meeting and asked basic questions regarding their experience, and how they would handle specific situations. There was no opportunity for candidates to ask questions regarding the company. The interview was general, and plain, and did not give candidates the opportunity to reflect on their own professional background.

It was only one round but for 2 hrs. Coding will be there with technical interviews. There were 2 interviewer. It will be video interview in zoom. 4 coding questions were asked.
