Panel Interview with a rigorous questions and example process. They ask probing questions and look for recent and accurate answers. Then you are scored in each answer. Your score is not shared with you. Additionally may be asked to complete an aptitude test.

I ultimately withdrew my application. I applied early September, and received an email two days later for a screening interview. After two weeks with no update, I reached out to the person listed as contact in the screening interview email, and as of October 3rd still have not received a response. The status of the job still says under recruiter review. Going three weeks with no feedback or update is ridiculous, so I withdrew the application. In the screening interview, there were 7 questions. Of those 7, only 2 actually pertained to the tasks involved with the position. The other 5 were about compensation, why are you leaving, where are you located, etc.
