Allstate interview questions

Submitted an application on their website -> recorded interview -> 45 min Zoom interview with both behavioral and analytical questions. Interviewers were nice but did not seem to want to be there. For the analytical questions, they asked questions to help guide your thought process. Received results exactly a week after.

Never got a follow-up despite calling them multiple times. When they promised to call they never kept it. Instead I got feedbacks like the person that is suppose to review the application is on leave or my application for lost and I need to send a new one. Not very professional if you ask me.
