I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Allstate (Livonia, MI) in Jul 2015
Interview
Very laid back. No drug test. No extensive background ground check. That should of been a red flag. Be prepared to see everyone interviewed hired. Period. They have no type if you have a license. You are hired! Seriously. Very unprofessional wanted to know about drug useage. I guess this is a new question for the younger crowd.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allstate (Athens, GA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Involved about 30 days prep for Insurance license. So the interview process was mainly a resume review. Since it was an entry position, mainly were interested in my ability to learn, pick up sales experience, and to see about personality/fit in a smaller office.
