Allstate interview questions

After a multi question recorded screening process, I met with 3 hiring managers via zoom in a panel style interaction. They asked situational based interview questions and it felt very conversational. The hiring team was very positive and welcoming.

Fairly simple three week interview process. Recorded response interview, followed by two virtual (live) interviews. Most questions were related to customer service because I didn’t have any experience in the insurance industry. Job offer was made following last interview.
