Allstate interview questions

Pretty smooth interview process. Two people were interviewing me and they polite and patient. They are looking for STAR format answers. Some of the questions they ask you are time management base as well which can be kind of tricky. Overall was a nice learning experience and interview process.

Typical initial phone screen with an internal recruiter. She asked about my most recent position. Ended the discussion by telling me there were a few open roles she could see me in that aligned well with my experience, skills and knowledge. At least two and both are higher level and pay more than the one I applied for and she was going to meet with the managers early next week to recommend me and share my resume and would follow up with me immediately afterwards.
