I applied in-person. I interviewed at Allstate (San Jose, CA) in Aug 2022
Interview
Got a call interviewed and I was told I would get a call if moving forward with hiring. I got a call with onboarding date to provide proof of my credentials and complete onboarding.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate in May 2023
Interview
Simple and fair process. The recruiter called me within a couple days of me applying in order to setup an interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager interview was great - gave me the opportunity to assess the opportunity. Received a call about a week later with a request to schedule the final round. This entailed 3 separate interviews with teammates and x-functional partners. These interviews were straight-forward and collaborative - mostly stuck to behavioral/past experience questions. Received another call a few business days later offering me the job! Very simple and effective.

I interviewed at Allstate (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2021
Interview
two separate interviews, one online, one in person. Both were pretty easy and didn't include extremely hard questions. I would not worry about the interview process for this company it was relatively easy
