I was smooth and everything was conveyed well through email. The process is a bit longer though, around two months. I had two rounds of Group interviews and Strength-based. Group interview was with 5 candidates and the last round was with HR and a technical person

Very dated and not tech-centric. Shows that the company is not familiar with HR for 2024. With no office to go to I can’t tell what the culture of the company is. Seems very much a land of survivors who have been there forever. I don’t want to be the person doing work of the fossils. They are looking for someone new for people there 20 years to pass their work to so that they don’t have to work.
