Allstate interview questions

Walked up to booth at career fair on campus. Was asked to go outside for interview on the spot. Seemed like a nice group of people. Interviewer sounded like he loves his job. Had behavioral inteview, basic stuff, with semi-technical question which I have mentioned. Said Northbrook campus is great. Workout area, great scenery,

I posted my resume on career builder and the sales manager called me back the same day (thursday) to inteview me that following tuesday. My first interview was exactly an hour long where she just asked me about my experience at my previous job (another insurance company).......the sales manager talked a whole lot. i was not asked any behvioral questions or anything just going over my experience. She called me back later that evening for a second interview- with her and the agent, they were more concerned with my sales skills than anything else- again i was asked about previous experience- i was called 2 days later with the offer
