I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Allstate
Interview
Allstate recruits heavily at some colleges for their leadership development program. First step is a short interview using BDA style. You should have several examples of real-world experience that you can apply to a number of different questions fresh in your head before heading into the interview. They are looking for people with lots of recent work/internship experience, so don't bother applying if you have neither.

Question 1
Name a time when a group you were a part of was not functioning properly - how did you respond?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Allstate (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Too Lengthy interview process - had 8 interviews for this senior role and no communication for almost 4 weeks - After multiple phone calls/follow up, came to know they are planning to fill the position internally - would appreciate if the management realize that they are wasting candidates time by calling for too many in-person interviews - surprising they did not know they had a internal candidate for this position - before they opened up job posting/interviews etc
