I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Allstate (Northbrook, IL) in Jan 2013
Interview
I submitted an online application in late October, and heard back from Allstate in early December. There was first a phone interview in December, after which some candidates were eliminated. There was then an on-site interview in January, where I had interviews with two Fellows. The questions in both the phone and on-site intervews were primarily quantitative and analytical, focusing on crititcal thinking skills. I heard back 2 weeks later, upon which I received an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Northbrook, IL) in Mar 2013
Interview
Phone interview then 3.5 hour on campus interview. The on-campus interview was with 4 different people. Asked basic but really not technical processes, which surprised me. One person just sat with me in the room because the original interviewer was out of the office. The interviewers explained to me their processes, and I questioned them (processes seemed outdated). One interviewer was a prick who said the only problem he sees with me was that I worked for the competitor( replied back in a non pc way). After about 2 hours I began to get bored and realized that the grass is not greener and the company I currently work for is AWESOME. It appeared that the company needed some process improvements
