Allstate interview questions

Interview for this position was pretty simple. Basic questions to see if you had prior sales experience and good communication skills. Had to take a personality survey to determine if you fit the profile of a sales professonal.

First had a phone interview with an outsource company who screened applicants. They was set up for an in person interview where I met with 3 managers who asked my questions from a list and took notes regarding my answers. The usual "tell me about a time you..." type questions. I then had to go through a test on the computer. I was then called a couple weeks later and offered a position through the outsource company.
