I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Allstate
Interview
They sent emails, then showed up at career fair and applied through university website. Its two interviews, one is 15 minutes the other is 30 minutes. They seemed more interested in hiring minorities and kept talking about the "benefits of AllState" and how its better than public accounting. Would work but they are all the way up in northbrook.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Allstate (Irving, TX) in Jun 2012
Interview
Went very quick, haphazard. Sat down with Regional Managers to cover what was expected of you call wise, prospecting, dollar amount to bring into agency. Lots of paperwork needed to be filled out. Also had to get fingerprinting done and they check your MIB, credit as well.
