Allstate interview questions

I Submitted my resume online and was contacted for a phone interview within a week. The phone interview only lasted about 15 minutes and was very easy. They explained the position and asked me about my resume. The next step was to complete an assessment that took around 30 minutes. The next week I went in for an interview that lasted about 45 minutes. The interview was easy. They explained the position again and asked me about my resume. Then they asked six to ten behavior questions that were pretty easy to answer. The interview was very laid back and enjoyable as far as interviews go.

Recruiter called and emailed me looking to set up an in person interview. I responded and within a week I was interviewing at the headquarters in Northbrook. Interview was around an hour long and consisted mainly of behavioral questions, which were not that hard to answer. Interview seemed to go fairly well and was told I would hear back in 2 weeks at the latest. Three weeks later I sent the hiring manager and follow up to see if there was any update to which I received a reply from the recruiter saying I was still under consideration and applologizing for the delay. After that I heard nothing for about three more weeks until I received a generic you are no longer under consideration email. Not sure what took so long for them to just tell me that.
