The interview was a four and a half hour interview with multiple hiring managers, a series of personality testing and resume specific questions were asked by each manager. At each stage of the process the interviewer would give ample opportunity for the interviewee to ask any questions they may have. A great deal of time was also spent simply describing the day to day duties and responsibilities that the position applied for would entail. A lunch was provided in the campus cafeteria and everyone was very kind and friendly.
