On campus recruiting interview, the interviewer was very pleasant. Started off in a very informal manner and was very knowledgable about cultural events. and gave me all the information and a call for a second interview. Salary is below what I can get from other offers so declined to go further

Interview
Process took about 2 weeks. Phone interview with recruiter followed by an interview with hiring team followed by interview with team I'd be working with. Interview included a PowerPoint presentation (topic given by hiring manager) and questions about past rotations, personality, questions to see if I was the right "fit" for the team.

Question 1
All the questions are behavioral. During both interviews, I only was given 3-4 questions, however based on answers there were several follow-up questions. Allstate is looking at how well you can take a situation and walk through how you solved it, giving as many relevant details as possible.
Describe a complex situation that you helped solve.
Describe a time when you had to work with a difficult teammate.
Describe a time when you worked with a team to accomplish a goal.
