Allstate interview questions

Tell us a little bit about yourself, why do you want this job, what skills can you bring to this position, what was your favorite position, what skills/qualities do you think are best for this position

All the questions are behavioral. During both interviews, I only was given 3-4 questions, however based on answers there were several follow-up questions. Allstate is looking at how well you can take a situation and walk through how you solved it, giving as many relevant details as possible. Describe a complex situation that you helped solve. Describe a time when you had to work with a difficult teammate. Describe a time when you worked with a team to accomplish a goal.
