Allstate interview questions

Overall the process took about 4 months . I know it seems like a long time but it's not. You hear back from somebody in week increments . Week 1 : Filled out application Week 2 : Received an interview inviting me to do a phone Interview ( which is automated ) . Week 3 : Passed the phone interview and move on to the next stage which was the online assessment ( behavioral questions mainly ; like what would you and sequential questions Week 4 : Received a phone call from a recruiter into I got me to do a F2F interview . Week 5 : F2F ( Very long about hour and a half )

The guy talked at me for like two hours but it's a good prep for when agents are just rambling on. He walked me around the building and said I was overdressed. I wore dress pants and a dress shirt.
