had the HR Screening over the phone with 3 basic behavior questions. Went very well and I learned a lot about the team structure and projects. The recruiter said she would get back to me in a week on whether or not I would move to the next stage. Haven't heard from her since (now one month later).

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate in Apr 2016
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter first who asked me about my previous work and a couple of behavioral questions. After that, I received an assignment to complete at home within two days. During a conference call with two data scientists, I presented this work and the interviewers asked a couple of critical questions. The interview further entailed a couple of puzzles and some coding questions. I did very poorly and but the interviewers were very patient and nice.
