Allstate interview questions

The process was pretty long but everyone was very personable. I was initially contacted by HR because I was recommended internally. Then I had a series of phone interviews with HR, employees in the program and upper-level management.

It's a 4 hour interview where you meet with 2 people every hour. There is a case study that is done and presented in one of these hours. Make sure you have enough questions to ask them. Focus on what this job does and why you think you'd be a good fit.
