Allstate interview questions

Behavioral Interview - asked a lot about situational scenarios from past work experiences. This was the traditional Event, Action, Outcome type of questions. There were 3 interviews total, each of them with their own behavioral questions. First interview was a panel interview, second was a director interview, and third was the senior manager. Afterwards, it took about 2 week to receive an offer.

This company has a long hiring process. You have to do a test then get picked to have a two manager team interview. If you pass they have you do a one on one with an employee to listen to calls and get an idea of the job they will be doing. They have a mediocre training team that does not show people skills they need to be effective in their jobs. New employees are not prepared to deal with complicated claim situations and often get frustrated.
