Allstate interview questions

It was thorough. The questions were relevant to the role. There were questions on testing types and methodology, questions on tools(CA LISA, QC, TIBCO) and about the technology (SOA, Middleware) being used as well.

It was pretty short, lasting about 15 minutes. One on one with recruiter. Business attire is what I wore (i.e. slacks, button down blouse). It was very basic. I did minimal research on the company as expected in most interviews. Prior to the interview being scheduled there was a typing test and a personality type test.
