Allstate interview questions

Received an email to take a behavioral assesment. Immediately afterward I received an email to schedule a phone interview. Recruiter called and asked the typical questions- Tell me about a time when..... etc. I felt the interview went extremely well, and she advised me that she was moving me forward to the next step of the interview process. 2 weeks went by in which I called to follow up and the recruiter returned my call to tell me that the hiring managers decided to hire within the organization instead of externally.

After applying for the position, if you are considered for employment you will first have an over the phone interview with a recruiter. Then if you advance past that interview you will be contacted by the recruiter to set up a face to face interview with the hiring manager.
