Allstate interview questions

Two recruiters were warm and very professional. Had lots of questions that pertained specifically to my background as well as what I understood about the position. Plenty of situational questions and character assessment. It was an off interview day, so no shadow opportunity. The overall experience was pleasant. No offer but excellent practice.

I knew the agency owner prior to them starting the agency. I submitted my resume and had the job without having to answer any questions. Once approved by the agency owner you have to pass the security check and be appointed by Allstate Corporate.
