I applied online. I interviewed at Allstate (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Brief phone call with a recruiter, followed by an hour long phone interview and finally an onsite interview which lasted about half a day. The phone interview was a modeling exercise where you are asked to design a model top to bottom given a specific scenario. The onsite had another modeling exercise as well as a couple of simple programming exercises and a behavioral component. The programming exercise had a simple algorithm question and a data manipulation question.
