I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate in Jun 2019
Interview
Horrible experience. Scheduled a phone interview at 12 pm, and the recruiter didn't call. I emailed her and shrugged, it off, thinking it might have been an emergency. Lo and behold, she calls half an hour later, and apologized profusely for mixing the time up. I did the interview anyway, albeit in a bit of a rush as I was at work.
A week later, the recruiter calls me and asks if I'm still interested in the job, but at their corporate office instead of their downtown one. I was surprised by the location change, but I told her I was still interested and applied to the position again. She informed me that they would be in touch soon with next steps.
A week later, I received a generic email saying I had been rejected for the position, with no further explanation. Was disappointed by this, but maybe I shouldn't have expected much from Allstate in the first place.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allstate (Indian Trail, NC)
Interview
Had a Skype interview with manager and lead and offered a job with in 1 hr and make me accept with high pay. And said will release the offer letter in same day. I said I yes. Next day got an email and says application declined and explained they found less billing guy. Did not expect this from Allstate. Not a nice place to work.
