Allstate interview questions

Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.

There are two hiring managers in the room with you during the interview. The interview starts with your basic situational questions, "tell us about a time..." Allstate does a case study exercise for their apprenticeship interviews and want to judge your communication and presentation skills.
