Allstate interview questions

First interview is a Phone interview with automated system. If chosen you have a video interview with another person. Time between two for me was weeks, and person on person interview was casual.

They asked general behavioral interview questions and focused on answers using STAR method. Pretty simple. After interviewing for about 45 minutes I did a side by side with another CSS to get an idea of the claims process. Then I sat in a room alone for about 20 minutes. And got a call back later that day.
