I had what was supposed to be a face to face interview but the supervisor was not even ready for the interview. He looked over my resume and never asked me any real interview questions. Was told, "oh, by the way, it takes about 2 months for us to make a decision-we'll let you know". After several follow up to the recruiter, I gave up.
