It was very relaxed and straightforward. The owners of the agency laid out the salary and commission plan and made it very simple for me to understand. They let me know they would pay for licensing and any other fees which was nice

Interview
Manager asked some questions about customer skills and some relating to the ability to solve problems with customers. The job requires to communicate with customers a lot so they want to see how you can handle the issues if it happens in communication.
