Allstate interview questions

Meeting with 2 software engineers (virtual) asking general interview questions followed by 3 case studies. Case studies mainly focus on sql statements, what they do, which to use. After the interview, there was talk of a second phase which would last the whole day at the office.

Self recorded first part with secondary video interview using situational questions. Utilize star method to be successful. Overall questions were not difficult and didn’t take too long. Interviewer explained a lot about the position.
