I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process was multiple but not incredibly stressful. 1st was an ondemand interview to answer about 9 questions on demand where you verbally speak answers and record them onto their website. After that, the next step was to have 1 video interview with a recruiter. That was about 45 mins via Zoom. I was asked about my personal background education, previous work history and was given a brief overview of the job. No specific salary or schedule was given but I was informed that it would be entirely remote and I would receive whatever equipment I needed to work home. Also learned they provide an $80 internet stipend monthly. ( later learned it is on on the 2nd check of every pay period)

Explain a scenario where you went above and beyond for a customer.
I interviewed with a Data Engineer at All State over Zoom. They were very helpful at guiding me through the interview process and mainly asked me behavioral questions. I also talked about some projects I've worked on in college and asked questions about what the interviewer does in their day-to-day job.
