Allstate interview questions

I was asked to do an assessment, I would say about 2 weeks later I was asked to do a virtual recorded interview. Within a day I was scheduled for a virtual face to face interview. The recruiter was very in tune and definitely answered whatever questions I may have had at the end. I received an offer from Allstate within about 4 days of my interview.

Great questions! Very focused on what is required to do the job! Focused on equity and making an impact nationally on Wealth Inequality and Workforce equity. It made me feel that the company truly cared about the issues!
