      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Allstate in Oct 2011

      Interview

Easy questions. One phone screen and then I was invited to the office for an interview. The man was nice but I felt like he was judging me from the beginning. But somehow I answered their questions to a degree of satisfaction sufficient enough for a job offer.

      Question 1

What do you do in challenging situations?

      Interview

Very quick and friendly people. Fast paced with moderately difficult questions. There was a case study, if you know how to organize data and VLOOKUP it will be a breeze.

      Interview

Only had a screen with the recruiter. It was supposed to be 15 minutes turned into 30. He asked alot of in depth questions about Python because it was one of the requirements in the job description. How I used it in my previous roles and what were different models I’ve used.

How have you used Python in your previous role?
