Interview
I was first contacted by an Allstate headhunter, after speaking on the phone she forwarded the required assessment information to continue to the interview process. A personality test was submitted prior to setting the interview.

I was asked about my experience in the commercial division.
they use behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the interview. It is a pretty straight forward process. Everything was virtual. They are very customer service oriented so consider that in your answers
Very easy and approachable. They were very responsive in the interview process with scheduling. The beginning of the process was in the form of texting and emailing you. Then you would get a screened phone call followed by a zoom interviewing meeting.

Comfortable and easy process. Had all the time to ask questions. Very encouraging and hopeful. Company will work with you to get you started and ready to work. Great communication.
