you apply online, then get a Phone interview, then face to face interview at the office. then you get a phone call from the recruiter stating you either got the job or didnt.

what are some good ideas you came up with to improve your company?
Loved the interview process where they explained in detail the job requirements and pay structure. I was pleased to know that they support new hires. I interviewed with 2 people.
It was very simple five question virtual interview. I was extremely nervous at first. Just take your time and use the star method and you will get a call back.
Super positive process, overall it was a good experience. Friendly, timely and professional company, good to work for. I had streas in the hiring process, but as i went through it felt much easier
