Behavioral questions. Asks about your job experience. Likes to see that your personable.
Look up what head agent you'll be under to get a feel for what they want. Do some background knowledge on insurance. I didn't need any but it'll help. Be willing to be trained into a hirer position.

Interview
The first round was easy with the recruiter, just some questions about your experience. The second round was also smooth, just questions specific to the internship and some behavioral. The interview team was young but explained everything pretty well.

What is one skill you learned from an experience and applied it to another experience?
It was good. In my process I did a hirevue and after the screening was invited for an interview with two employees. An hour long interview and that was the final round.
