They ask behavioral questions. In the end they ask you to choose between 5 "challenge questions". For each question you are to list short term impacts, long term impacts, and opportunities that are coming up in the field.

- Applied through a program for minority college students
- Was invited to a 75-minute interview that was broken into two rounds (both with two individuals in each round)
- First round was presenting a case study I had compiled before the interview
- Second round was more general behavioral questions

Pretty easy process. Did 3 interviews and mainly behavioral type questions. Research the company and be prepared to talk about past experiences and how you could contribute for the specific role. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly.

Virtual interview process that can be completed on your own time. Very user friendly platform. There were multiple questions all recorded separately so you weren’t just talking for the entire process, there were breaks to refocus.
