Interview
They'll send you an e-mail to a link for a phone interview. You have 48 hours to complete it, but you can do it at anytime, because the questions are asked by a machine. It takes about 15 minutes to complete depending on how long your answers are.before, each question the steps for the interview are repeated. You'll get about 30 seconds to think about your answer before you hear the beep to record. However, you can keep pressing 9 to have the questions repeated, if you are not ready or still thinking about your answer. (Still waiting on an offer)
Very simple screening call followed by an interview with the hiring manager who asked job related questions. I was then sent an offer letter after waiting for a few weeks.

It all feels pretty impersonal. I'm sad I didn't get the job though. It looked like a really good one.
