Group interview done virtually. Group interviews are distracting and they do not give you the opportunity to actually meet and talk with the person interviewing you. This is not an interview practice that should even exist!

Overall, the process was good and only had to do two rounds of interviews. One was a phone screen and the other was with the owner and manager of the branch.
