Allstate Inside Sales Representative interview questions

The first interview stage was strange with questioned asked by written prompts to be answered by with a recorded response. You got to records any answers so not too bad, just strange. With the actual interview was about a half hour with someone o er Microsoft Teams. Pretty standard stuff, nothing stands out as unusual or particularly memorable. Got an offer 2 weeks later. Whole process took just under a month.

I am just started the interview process. As of now I know they have a prescreening before the actual interview. After the pre screening, there is a phone call before the interview.
