Allstate Developer interview questions

Had a first phone screening call with an HR rep which felt like she was just reading from a list of questions to generate information I had given during the application process. I was open about my experience and knowledge. Second round was with 2 developer team leads, and I was given more details about the position. There were some questions about specific technical questions, but primarily it was about my work experience. It was a little strange when I asked specific questions about details on the role that the first HR woman had given me, that they brushed them off. For example, in the first call, they said that paired programming was a very important practice for the company, and in the second call they said, "We just list that in the requirements to get people to self select out if they're not comfortable working with others". Major red flag. The interview went well, and then as we're wrapping up, I was told that the next step would be a technical interview primarily in Node.js, which was strange because it was not listed in the job description, nor did the original HR call. They asked if I had any because I did not list it on my resume. I said no, and we ended the call. I received a call back about an hour later saying they were looking for someone with more experience.

Two technical phone screen rounds and one on-site. Questions about current experience and front end technologies(JS, HTML, CSS & React). Interview Process was ok but feedback after each round was slow
