Allstate Data Scientist interview questions

Recorded screen. Then 4 interviews that are impossible to schedule over a reasonable period of time. This is a disgrace and an insult to any prospective employer. I'm mortified to see a company with the money it has showing right out the gate how little employees matter. I never got to speak with anyone from HR. I never got to ask questions that are relevant to me as an employee regarding benefits and salary, and everyone I talked to rebuffed these questions. My first interviewer talked for about 85% of the interview and seemed irritated that I wanted to cut in with some questions. And to top it all off, NO FINAL RESPONSE. I can only assume I've been rejected. I can only imagine working here is miserable if they can't even be bothered to make a good impression, so I'm glad to be moving on.

Least-professional recruiting process I've ever had. Until I got an email for the 2nd round on video I thought it was a scam, since it'd all been via text and one phone call. Info on what the 2nd round would be like wasn't accurate, no warning that there would be live-coding. There was also a person on the call who didn't turn on their video or introduce themselves. For data science, it was a red flag to see they had apparently done little prep for the interview outside the programming questions, especially since they were offering considerably lower salary than average for the field.
