I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Allstate (Northbrook, IL) in Sep 2016
Interview
1) Met recruiters at a university career fair 2) Behavioral phone interview with HR 3) Technical phone interview (not intense) 4) On-Site interview
The on-site interview was a half-day event that consisted of multiple sections:
1) Presentation of some project you've worked on. This was to show communication skills
2) General programming questions. I was given a packet of code and some word problems and asked to debug it/explain what was going on
3) Case Study: More of a philosophical discussion and looking into how you went about using a dataset to solve a problem
4) Behavioral Interview
