Allstate Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Minimal and unclear description and direction as it related to my position, who I would be reporting to and once in training, had a very negative experience with the analyst who was training us.

The interview was rather typical with nothing standing out. There were two to three rounds spread out over several weeks. First round was over the phone, second round in person and the final was in person with an offer being made at the conclusion.
