Allstate Claim Representative interview questions

Staarted with phone and then video interview. Face to face interview was STAR method and asked why you wanted the job. Once you get in all of the interviews are based off STAR method .

The interview is STAR based. The questions weren’t relevant to the position. I was interviewed by two recruiters and they both asked questions. I left the interview feeling as if I failed. I wish they would have asked more questions related to my skills and experience.
