Allstate Analyst interview questions

It takes long time The entire day u have to sit as there are many candidates for the interview and no one is on time , it’s a boring process Not organised in a proper manner

Taking so time only for 2round. No proper scheduled interview. Even not displaying result of interview. 1 round introduction for that you have to wait min. 3hours. 2nd round ops round you have to wait 3hour again. In short 10min of 2 round you have waste min. 8hours. Then for last round HRA no waiting time fixed. Really a shameful HR team. I attended interview before a month. Still no call no result. Said we will call withing 2 days. Still waiting for last round call.
