Initial start is a reccomendation from a current employee. They get compensated. I was introduced by a past employee and a current employee was compensated. next I took 2 online personality test. then I filled out a very detailed application and had 3 interviews with local management. (6weeks) then I interviewed with regional management and was givien the positionafter a wait of 2 weeks.

Interviewer contacted me after reviewing my resume sent via email. Initial phone call discussed my resume and abilities.
That went very well interviewer discussed setting up another phone session. With presentation.
We had an excellent exchange of infomation about the opportunity and my ability. I can not say enough about how professional and comfortable the interview proceded.
My perception of the people and work culture is very favorable. The ongoing support of the company is most impressive.

Interview
The interview went well. The companies interview process takes at least 2 weeks. You will meet with 2/3 individuals within the company and possibly an agency owner to help with your evaluation of the company. You will also be required to take skills, IQ, personality and background checks for further evaluation. You must also have liquid assets of at least fifty thousand dollars to start your agency. You will have to provide documentation of your initial investment.
