Typical HR screening then Teams Meeting with both a director and manager at the same time. Right off the bat, they look disinterested in speaking with me. They did most of the talking. Without saying a word I knew I wouldn't get a second interview with them. Met someone that used to recruit for their corporate roles and was told they have to interview a certain amount of candidates with different racial backgrounds.
