I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Dallas, TX) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process was easy. Interviewer was nice. Questions weren't to bad. The interview process was not that long. Was asked questions about my work history and abilities. Dress was buisness casual
Received an email from a recruiter asking to connect with me and to head over to the link provided to schedule a time to speak. After selecting a date and time, I emailed the recruiter back to confirm. No reply back from recruiter. No big deal. The date and time comes and of course no call, no email. After reading some reviews with similar experiences I was already expecting to not receive a call but I was trying to stay optimistic. But this is just another confirmation of their unethical interview tactics.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2021
Interview
the interview process is done by the company itself, the managers of the positions do not have to do much, just ensure that the officer passes the interview with human resources.
