Interview
I filled out my application and sent in my resumé. A few hours later I got an email to complete a video interview. This interview consisted of prerecorded questions from them and then having to make a video response to each question.
Once they reviewed the video submissions, they contacted me through email about setting up a phone interview. I selected an appropriate time for the following day.
Once that time came around, I received no phone calls, texts, or emails. The only text I did receive was an hour after the interview should've started. It was an automated text asking how the interview went. I submitted that it just wasn't conducted.
A time was scheduled for the following morning, but the same issue happened again. I called four offices, based on their website, before I had someone answer. The lady who answered was very helpful.
I would really like this security job because it's the experience I need for what I want with my future. But I am still not sure if it will be with this company regardless.

Interview
What a hot mess! Right after I sent in a resume & cover letter I received an email to complete their online application. Once I did, I received another email saying that I was scheduled for an interview the following morning... in-person and at a location that was entirely inconvenient for me. I was also sent some interview questions. They didn't even bother asking what my availability was.
I emailed the person back, asking if we could just do a virtual interview and suggested the following week. The next morning, she got back to me and said that I was scheduled for a virtual meeting that SAME DAY with only about an hour notice.
PRO TIP for Allied: Its called Calendly! Its free and it makes scheduling 1,000x easier. Plus it makes sure your appointments align with your candidates schedule.
You can't just dictate when a person needs to be available for an interview. In addition, for a corporate position you should make a virtual interview the first option.
Needless to say, I didn't move forward, Besides, I would've turned down a job offer anyway.
